We undertake the programming and commissioning of Atlas Copco screwdriving / tightening systems, their integration with Siemens PLCs and production-grade interlocks (OK/NOK handling) to support process safety and data collection.

We have extensive expertise with Power Focus 4000, 6000 and 8000 controllers.

We undertake the programming of both small and large production lines with Siemens PLCs, including the implementation of traceability, data collection linked to individual parts, visualization and web-based display of production lines (e.g., number of items produced, measurements and key process values).
